SNMP Informant - Version List

What are the most current versions of SNMP Informant?

The current shipping version of SNMP Informant is 2008.2.3.  Download it here.  If you purchased a product within the past year that got "rolled into" a consolidated product (for example, the "WMI-OS Agent", which got rolled into the "SNMP Informant-OS" product), when you download and install SNMP Informant 2008.2, the corresponding provider (i.e. Operating System WMI Provider) will be updated.

Confused?  Don't be.  If you purchased within the past year, you can upgrade for free.  Just download and install SNMP Informant 2008.2.3.  If you are out of date, the installer will let you know.

Use the SNMP Informant version grabber program (Start/Programs/SNMP Informant/<program>/Show Version), and it will tell you what version you are running and what version is currently shipping.

Again, if you purchased within the past year (from current date), the upgrade is free (your current validation key will work).  If not, and your key has expired (no more free upgrades), please contact us for maintenance update pricing.

Software maintenance, which includes support and upgrades for 1 year costs 20% of the purchase price for the product you bought when  you bought it.

If you have an SNMP Informant product that is more than 2 years out of date, ask us about our "maintenance catch-up" deals!
