SNMP Informant - Support

There are two levels of support provided for SNMP Informant; General Product Support for all products, and Commercial Product Support for products purchased from Informant Systems, Inc.

Commercial Product Support (Advanced, APP and WMI versions)

With any commercial product purchase, you get 1 year of unlimited email support (from date of purchase). ALL Updates are included for 1 year from time of purchase. After that, a yearly maintenance fee of 20% of original purchase price applies. Click here or the icon to open web-based email form.

Please include your Transaction Reference Number (PayPal or otherwise) in the message, so we can confirm priority support.

Lost your validation key? Your purchase information is automatically entered into our customer database , so we can resend you the validation code(s) in case you misplace them. You'll have to provide us with SOME information though (i.e. Customer name, purchase date range... that sort of thing).


General Product Support
	Support Forums - A public web-based forum with topics covering many aspects of SNMP Informant and other Informant Systems products. You need to create an account if you want to post. Viewing does not require an account to be created. Please contribute if appropriate. Free version support is only provided through the Informant Systems forums.
